 Hope & Healing from The Nobel Quran | Mufti Menk

1. In surah al Baqarah, Allah mention "there is no doubt in this book"- a guide for those who believe in Allah.

2. Allah ask us to have no doubt in Quran. when there is doubt, there is no healing, there is no hope in oneself.

3.  "za lika bu la roibafih" -in this book there is no doubt in it. an absolute correct

4. "la raoiba fih hi hudallilmuttaqin" - there is no doubt in it, there is guidance for those who develop taqwa. 

5. Taqwa is the development of cautiousness in Allah

6. No doubt + guidance from Quran = time we benefit of revelation & relationship with Allah

7. We know what is right & know. we must put effort to continue to protect ourselves in such a matter

8. Doing anything as fear of Allah as means of love to Him.

9. Who are those who develop the right relationship with Allah. those who have hope always, those who believe in words of the Quran has healing upon them

10. "al lazi nayumununabil ghaairiwayukimunasalah ta wamima razaqna hum yunfikun"- Allah point 3 important thing.

11. Those who believe in the unseen - they have no doubt: Jannah, hope, good things

12. Those who are Muttaqin are those who believe in Allah: they pray & spend with what Allah give

13. Those who believe in what had revealed to you & before you & they had full conviction towards the hereafter. 

12. Solah is what Allah ask us; a connection with Allah. the best position to be with Him.

13. If we give ease to someone else, we will have ease. help someone by giving heal & hope, so we can have the same

14. To make your heart heal, you must believe in Allah. with hope, you can heal.

15. Allah said " ula ikaala hudam mirrobihim was ula ikahumul muflihun" - those are the ones who are upon the guidance from their lord. 

16. In surah al-Fatihah we ask Allah to bein those who have guidance, then in surah al-Baqarah Allah says on who is the one who in guidance; (belief in Allah, believe in unseen, they pray to Allah & they reach in others)

17. Honest with Allah, honest with others

18. Those who did that, they are the one who among the successful. 

19. Thus, Allah said "don't worry, better days are coming. they will come soon"

20. In verse 21 (surah al Baqarah) "o people worship your lord" - who is your lord, the one who created you and created those all before you

21. let's have a good relationship with Allah

2. Human is easy to be triggered with emotions

3. Graduate with someone who is in the past > the one we becoming next

4. Become cautious with what happens within it. (the point we can control ourselves)

5. The endless keyboard warrior. "defeat of responses from parties"

6. Hadith: " I guarantee you a house in the outskirts of paradise for the one who able too walk away from an argument even though they may be on the right side. even though you are in the right side"

7. Prophet asked us to choose our battle because not everyone worth your time and energy, not everyone has positive outcome

8. If you sense that if you been dragged into an argument, remember what the prophet said.
